Event Rentals

Policies and Guidelines:

  • The Quest offers its space to the community for celebrations, spiritually based activities and programming.

  • Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors

  • Renters must refrain from making loud sounds after 10 PM Sun-Thurs and 11 PM on Fri-Sat

  • No parking on Lincoln Blvd. Plenty of street parking can be found on the two sides streets on either side of the space - Victoria and Venezia.

  • Light alcohol welcomed

  • No DJ

  • No weddings

  • No weekly events

  • No late night dance parties or cocktail parties

  • No live bands (unless small)

  • No smoking, no illegal substances allowed on premises, including the patio.

  • No mounting or affixing to the wall.

Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

    • Signed Contract

    • 100% of payment to book.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    • 100% of down payment is refundable 60 days or more prior to the event

    • 50% of down payment is refundable 30-59 days prior to the event

  • All listed prices are subject to change and availability

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Event Planner:
Let us do all the hard work for you so you can enjoy your event! For an additional fee we will set you up with our Event Producer to organize any rentals, catering, vendors, audio and visuals, and any other pre-planning needs. Send us an email with your needs for a quote: info@2122lincoln.com

Onsite Event Managers:
For $30/hr you can hire an onsite manager to make your event run smoother. Our managers can help with reminding guests where to park, handling vendors, taking event payments, check ins and check outs, assist in the set up and break down of your event & more..

CHECK-IN PROCESS

We will have someone waiting for you to let you in and introduce you to the space at your agreed upon arrival time. We’ll make sure you know where everything is and how to use the heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, lights, and any emergency instructions.

We understand that in rare cases damage may occur. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make repairs before the next guest arrive. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs.

Need any recommendations for catering? Just ask and we’ll be happy to provide you with contact info from some of our favorite local spots.

CHECK-OUT PROCESS

Someone from our team will meet you at the space to lock up. We anticipate your departure to be on time and late departures will incur extra charges in 30 minute intervals. Please book accordingly with a realistic ending time.
